In the legal docs, Kevin cites irreconcilable differences for the split and is asking the court to not give any spousal support to Torrei. He also requested that Torrei be barred from leaving the state of California with their children without his permission or a court order.
*I think its very weak and petty for a man to want to cut his wife & children off from spousal/child support just because you're divorcing or found a new woman. Everything was fine when you were on your way up, but as soon as you get all "Hollywood" and make a $1.00 over $.15, you leave your wife and kids. SMH...* Kevin, this is not funny!
