Halle Berry goes back to New Year's Eve

When Oscar winner Halle Berry pulled out the the upcomig film, New Year's Eve, it was because she was facing a long custody battle with her ex, Gabriel Aubry, over their daughter and wouldn't have the time to travel and commit to a new film.

In just a short of period of time, things have changed as a judge in Los Angeles has ruled in her favor, making it possible for her to travel to New York with her daughter, where Garry Marshall will be shooting the romantic comedy.

Instead of taking back the role that actress Katherine Heigl replaced her for, Berry will have a small part in the film.

New Year's Eve' is about couples and singles whose lives intertwine one New Year's Eve in New York.

Halle Berry..Ebony Magazine

Halle Berry covers the February issue of Ebony magazine. She talks about everything "delicious", including baby Nahla. Halle looks gorg as usual!


Halle also talks about her ex-Gabriel, and him not wanting people to call their daughter "black". Halle states that she thinks/believes her daughter is black, (a)-because she (Halle) is black and (b)-because she believe's in the "one-drop" theory. However, she goes on to say that Gabriel does not think/believe his daughter is black and gets very upset at any/all that say she is.

Christina Wants More

Christina Milian wants more from Ex-The Dream. These are the just released settlement details:

Visitation and parenting time with the couple's daughter will be negotiated by both parties, but the view and goal is to have Mr. Nash able to spend as much of the time as he wants with the child, up to 50 percent, as the parties can best work out

Milian will receive $10,000 a month in child support which includes a $6,500 a month payment and up to $3,500 a month for day care, nanny and private school

Milian will receive $3,500 a month in alimony for two years or upon remarriage or proof of a meretricious relationship with the opposite sex lasting at least 60 days

Milian will receive free and clear a Mercedes G55

Milian and Nash will keep their own possessions, jewelry, the gifts that the other one gave them, their personal effects and each will retain title to their businesses that they currently own and operate.

Last but not least, $4 million dollars up front in cash.

Now, I do believe this is a settlement we all would take , however Christina Milian wants more. She feels she should also get 10% of the money from Justin Beibers "Baby", the song produced by her ex, The Dream.

*I guess its true when people say enough is never enough. Just think she gets all this for being married for less than two years, and she still feels as though its not enough. WOW*
