Thanks rm, Ummm I pretty much go straight from the hip. I just look at the polish and decide what art paint colors would go best. And if its a plain nail (no polish) then I just pick the art colors I'm feeling that day. Or I go off my clients personality. And yes, I do go until my eyes say, Ok lady thats enough, lol.
This is a pink & white (acrylic) set and the nails have been shaped into a "moon" shape. Nail art is also applied, one on each hand (middle finger).

Very pretty and interesting shaped like a half moon. When you make your lines do you keep going until your eye says that's enough?
