Well what do you know.....A couple of weeks ago I posted a color very similar to this (Tiffany Blue). I layered two polishes to get this color and low and behold I had it all the while. Art paints used; yellow and baby blue. *I also used another Malani Holographic polish, sorry I don't remember the name, but it has a tent of blue,*
