This is a very "cutesy" pink polish by O.P.I. called Japanese Rose Garden. This color will look very nice on all skin tones. It's also a nice color to wear coming out of winter, breaking into spring. Nail Art Paints are purple, cream, pink and white.
p.s. This color tends to get a little thick upon a few uses.
