Eunice Kennedy Shriver

For those that don't know, we lost an amazing woman today. Eunice Kenndy Shriver past today at the ripe age of 88. She founded the Special Olympics, as a result of her sister Rosemary that suffered mild retardation after having a libotomy. Mrs. Shriver stated, that if she never met Rosemary, she may have never known about people with "special needs". Mrs. Shiver also worked up until her final days, ensuring that the rights of persons with special needs were not neglected. We need to thank our unsung hero's from time to time. I thank you Mrs. Shiver, you've done a Great deed.
